  • Techo Functional Consultant

    Responsibilities:

    • Partnering with business to understand processes and underlying informational and/or process automation needs 
    • Support cross functional analysis of the company’s operations, business and; functional design as well as technical design and architecture requirements and recommend on the spot application solutions
    • Gather business system requirements, perform extensive analysis of current business processes, carry out gap analysis, and recommend ERP solutions and deploy to sites
    • Conduct Unit tests, Integration tests and System Application Integration security tests 
    • Design, Customized & configure workflow and test Business Systems & CRM
    • Design, configure and test Business systems in line with agreed timeframes, business requirements and global standards 
    • Perform detailed requirements gathering/ documentation, conceptual design/prototyping, and functional testing in support of new ERP/CRM development tasks
    • Understanding business requirements and translating them into ERP Solutions
    • 9. Gain/Support expertise in Sales & project & HR functional technical & functional expertise.

    Key Requirements: 

    • Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field 
    • Min 3-5 years working experience in ERP,CRM.Experience in the diverse industry an advantage
    • Knowledge in ERP configuration in the modules With at least 1 full-cycle project implementation of ERP Workflow
    • Experience with requirement analysis, business process design, ERP/CRM and PROJECT Tool configuration, cross module integration, formal application testing strategies, cut over strategies, incident handling procedures and post go live support 
    • Strong Programming skill in the php xtml & java environment and experience with relevant tools (i.e. Salesforce /bitrix24 or similar, EMAIL,CRM, HRM notes, database etc.)
    • Understand the best practices of documentation at work & client communication
