SOFTWARE RESELLER TERM & CONDITION

The Software & cloud software is supplied by “Manufacture” or “Service Provider” and the supply is as per User relationship agreement & End user license agreement of the owner of the software (the “publisher”) the Purchaser shall abide by the manufacture company agreement.

HGBPlus(Unit of innovrdhi) is a reseller partner of license keys & software as a service as part of sales and distribution channel, and holds no control on the product features, its suitability for the purchaser. HGBPlus(Unit of innovrdhi) assumes Purchaser has done full evaluation and upon suitability only, issuing the purchase order.

HGBPlus(Unit of innovrdhi) is supplying the licence keys for the Software product in AS IS CONDITION for specific duration & user as per purchase order , The license key enable user to use software on: Software As A Service” on monthly subscription based & Self hosted license key for one server with our period limit no other ownership granted in this sale & Reseller is binding to only the license key sales & delivering it electronically either by enabling the license key or by activating it on cloud account or via delivery slip

HGBPlus(Unit of innovrdhi) is not responsible for Product Related Usage, customization, modifications, which purchaser may need as part of its use. if such demand, results always into separate contract at cost to Purchaser,

The Product offers standard evaluation period to purchaser

HGBPlus(Unit of innovrdhi) is not responsible for any claims from purchaser which is not in control of Reseller. Purchaser may directly deal with product owner as per User Relationship agreement.

The Supply of Software Licence Keys is against full payment, and the amount is non refundable upon activation or as per the refund policy of the manufacture.The Purchaser agrees that, the reseller will not assume any liability beyond the value of sale on this contract in all circumstances.

Important notice : Global Call solution is for global call only all regulation as per the service provider and user should follow the service provider regulation & local regulation the service is restricting to global call only Buyer agree not to call or generate the local number at his own risk HGBPlus(Unit of innovrdhi) or its partner are not responsible for any violation of local call made by the buying business.
